But the markers are rather impractical for the size of the map at the fully zoomed out level.  I thought at first it was the size of the picture i used, since I see a lot larger maps used by other accounts.  So I spent a few hours redrawing everything to a 6000x3000 pixel picture in the hopes it would fill out and be useable at max zoomed out, and somewhat nice and clean at the fulled zoomed in level.

Instead the image got resized.  and i have 3 levels of zoom.  Useless, not so useless, and cumbersome.  Now I fully feel the Maps feature on Obsidianportal is practically pointless to use, and I have no idea how practical it would be for me to even bother paying and just hosting the image on some other service. 



Regardless I cannot pay for membership since I am unemployed and my income is rather limited, so at the momment I love Obsidian Portal for my RPG campaign, but not the Map



There is NOTHING on this site showing the limits of the size of the picture you are able to use in the map in compared to a paid account except i can have more maps

I come here and am buried under an avalanche of CSS formatting and other stuff I can't even begin to tackle. I am about two hours in and I feel like crying and going back to Googledocs, it can at least bold text without using asterisks and can enter an actual table as a table. 



The WYSIWYG editor option in the settings either doesn't work or I do not get how to make it work.

Every time the link (Campaigns drop down menu) is used, it brings you to a 'This site can't be reached.' page (DNS address could not be found). 

I have contacted the OP support using the support tool, but have received no reply for several days.

Any ideas?

I'd also like to not bother with the "Post Time" part, since that doesn't really matter to the Adventure log of the runs.

    So, I'm wondering if Obsidian Portal has the features I'd need to do this kind of thing. Things I'd need:

    • Players can create / edit wiki pages, and have the changes they make tracked / comparable
    • Forums with custom categories (a la sub-forums)
    • Players can create / manage Calendar events

    This is more of a nice-to-have:

    • The ability to create a private, "Member's Only" forum category, while leaving most everything else public.
