Hi,

I'm trying to get my campaign up and running, and I'm trying to use Kallak's (spelling?) Code, but i'm hoping to make 2 changes, and I'm hoping someone who is good at this stuff can help:

1. I'd prefer to slightly shrink the size of the character previews to show 5 to a row, and line up better with the margin on the right-side of the page

2. Shrink the text slightly

Bonus: also, is there any way to change the font to old german style or, at least, old English?
This is the link to the page: https://gotterdammerung-1.obsidianportal.com/characters and below is the code I'm currently using. Thanks!
The problem is, I have no idea how to build the timeline for it. I know what the current year is, and I have a vague idea about events which happened in the past (some of which is meant to be DM-only until PCs discover it). I just don't know how to actually put it to the page, especially the private parts.

I guess what I'm asking here is, how have you built timelines for your games? Do you have a way of making them responsive? What tools do you use? And so on.

On the Characters Page what is the function of the Player Character check box? I checked it for my players' characters and left it unchecked for NPCs, but one of my players said he can only edit the NPCs not his own character. The only difference I see is that the player character box is checked. Any thought on why this is happening, and what is the function of that check box? Thanks.

Good afternoon.

On my portal site (https://pathfinder-skull-shackles-2014.obsidianportal.com/dashboard), I would like to make the various component backgrounds translucent to allow more of the wallpaper through. The blocks such as: Forum, adventure log, stream and player group. Right now, the background is gray.

However, I noticed other users have figured this out: https://symphony-of-time.obsidianportal.com/

Could anyone point me to where I could go to modify my own page accordingly?

Thanks.

Hey all.
On my site, I have the following CSS for the background of the campaign page:
{
box-shadow: 0em 0em 1em 0em black, 0em 0em 2em 0em black, 0em 0em 3em 0em black;
border: 24px solid transparent;
background-color: transparent;
border-image:url('//db4sgowjqfwig.cloudfront.net/campaigns/126647/assets/530634/bgbordersolid_V2.jpg?1448417401') 36 fill round;
border-image-repeat:stretch;
}

It looks great on short pages
"https://dwarves-1.obsidianportal.com/":https://dwarves-1.obsidianportal.com/

But on long pages it's awful:
"https://dwarves-1.obsidianportal.com/wiki_pages/trunau-gazetteer":https://dwarves-1.obsidianportal.com/wiki_pages/trunau-gazetteer

The width of the campaign is 1600px. The width of the image is 800px.
If I set border-image-repeat to repeat (as opposed to stretch); I get a line down the middle of my background (as two copies of the background image slam together to fill the space).
Is there a way to get the image to stretch in width but tile in height?

What I don't get is that I'm using the css from "Stonemason's Ledger by Basileus":https://theedgeofnight.obsidianportal.com/wikis/stonemasons-ledger
All I've done is changed the background. (original: "Cool paper background":http://db4sgowjqfwig.cloudfront.net/assets/315171/bgbordersolid.jpg?1396932078, new: "stone background"://db4sgowjqfwig.cloudfront.net/campaigns/126647/assets/530634/bgbordersolid_V2.jpg?1448417401).

Help.
