Is there a way to allow individual character records to be visible only to the GM and the controlling player? I'm just starting to use OP, but it appears that the only choices are "visible to GM and invisible to all players," or "visible to all players and GM." Ideally, there would be a "public" place to store a characters public persona while hiding his stats, items and abilities from other players while keeping it accessible to the GM and designated player. I seem to be missing a large amount of functions in my editor. I went from having the full features we have in the forums to only have control over a handful of items. My initial thought was that the new adjustments to the subscription may have been the cause but upping my subscription to $5.99 Ascendant version (for some reason, when it renewed it stated I had Adventurer instead of the Ascendant) but even upgrading to that seems to have no impact on the editor options. Any ideas?

For all of my campaigns, the roles of Co-GM and Player have switched for all members and I can't switch it back. I can click the button and click Save, but when I navigate away and back, everything's the same as it was when I first visited the page.

Ideas?

It all went pretty well for the first few days. But for the last two days, about 50% of any edits I do result in an Internal Error 500 message and it takes me back to my main page without the edits.

This has happened on simple text edits, adding headings, adding character pictures. I haven't been able to narrow it down to a certain action that causes it.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how I can get around it?

I currently have my Google Plus account associated with Obsidian Portal. What happens if G+ shuts down? can I still use OP?

If not, is there a way to change the way I sign up to OP (using facebook or creating a username with my mail address)?

Specifically, I'm trying to use "h4." to made a header that's slightly larger and has a nice line underneath that neatly divides the page. 



Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is there a solution to it or is the system currently broken? 

• At the beginning of a sentence, use the expected

• But if within a sentence, in order to show with a lower case "g" I would have to manually type out

[[Goblin |goblin]]

• instead of simply typing

[[goblin]]

• and having the backend treat it as the same link as the first.

This feels incredibly forced and non-intuitive, especially since most any other wiki syntax system allows for this versatility.

I've been mucking about with the CSS, but am a novice (or...whatever's before novice) and not having much luck.  This is not mission critical, but if anyone has any insights, I'd appreciate them.

I recently started a Firefly campaign and would like to use the Dynamic Sheet Templates which seems to be already available on Obsidian Portal (due to an existing Firefly campaign as well as their appearance on the list when I go to Settings).  

So I found it in Settings and set it to "Firefly RPG" (Image One). But when I go to a character sheet for my campaign, there's no way to select a drop-down during character creation or editing (Image Two).

Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions?

So I'm working on putting a bunch of linked map markers on my campaign map.  I'm having a frustrating issue though.  It seems that even if I'm just viewing the map, not in edit mode, I'm able to move the map markers by just clicking and dragging them.  Since clicking and dragging is also how you move the map...there's a high chance of me or my players accidentally dragging a marker out of place.

Does anyone know if there's a way to lock these markers down so that they can't be moved outside of edit mode?

I've been using Obsidian Portal over the last couple of months, and have really been liking it, but I'm having trouble linking to adventure log entries from my main wiki page. Today, I made a new adventure log entry, but when I try to link to it on the main wiki page, the system doesn't recognize that it's a valid link. In the past, I've been able to link to adventure log pages using the Wiki Link button, and I'm wondering if there's a trick to it that I did before but am not doing now. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks!

Does anyone have the codes to add backgrounds to the items section, and the individual items themselves? Also, each character I've been able to add the backgrounds too, but I have to have an entry for each individual one. Is there a common code that would just add it to all of them without having to do it one at a time? I'm trying to keep my code to a minimum so I don't screw up my pages somehow. Any tips would be a huge help. Thanks!

I am trying to get two images to be side by side in textile. I can use HTML to make it work, but not the embed image feature.

I edit my map in my campaign: https://outofisengard.obsidianportal.com/

On that screen, there is a button "Add Map Markers".  I click that button, it seems to want to let me make a map marker.  I add information, click save...nothing happens.  The screen just sits there.

What should happen? Am I missing something?  Or should I log a bug report?  Any advice appreciated.
