WOW... How did you make your video? What tools did you use?

Image editing with Photoshop. Video creation with Windows Live Movie Maker. You can get Movie Maker as a free download from Microsoft - it's pretty easy to use, and gives you the option to upload directly to YouTube, Facebook, etc.
