Looking for some help/to make some suggestions

So I don't know if this has been brought up in another post, so if it has, I'm sorry. Also, I'm new to the site, and if some of these things are already in play, again I apologize. Here is what I would like to see/need help with:

I would like it to be possible for my players to have the option to have their character sheets private, while still having the option of being able to edit them. The only thing I saw like that was that the GM (me) can set it to be a secret character, but the player who created it still can't view it. Maybe have a "visible to..." option? Which leads me to my next point.

I think wiki pages should be able to have different levels of access. Kind of like the GM Only, except have a section for full access (default) and the option to add other sections as well as the option of giving the players different levels of access which would pertain to the different sections of text (someone with moderate access to a page would be able to read the information written in the box labeled moderate).

Like I said, if this stuff is already available, someone help. If not, I think they should be.

You can have a section on a wiki that is viewable to all. You can also have a GM only section.

You can also add multiple "player secret" sections, where you can pick and choose who sees it.

Now instead of setting the category i.e. moderate, you would have to add players or not add players to the secret(s) as you saw fit.

I used to have a history page set up where the generic info was in the main body. And as the players gained in "Knowledge: Ancient Empire" I would move them into higher Difficulty Class secrets. (there was about four levels). And the main secret was DM only.

I say used to, because the pc with the highest knowledge just relayed everything to the others (as he should) so it was a lot of effort for nothing.

But the principle was solid and could be used for other applications, such as your idea.
