How to unsuscribe from some of the notifications

Is there any option from my profile where I can chose which notifications to receive by email and which don't?

Yes, goto your profile. Click edit profile and scroll down.

This will prevent automatically having your name checked automatically for an email to be sent when a page is updated. Your DM or other players can still manually check your name to send an email update to you (but you will not be automatically selected).

Also, keep in mind as this is a profile setting, it affects all campaigns you are a part of not just the one you may want to opt out of. If you're only part of one, nevermind. :)
