I did run across an oddity. I accidentally linked to my other campaign... It just hopped over to the proper npc on the other page. weird.
Yes, you can link across op campaign sites.
One possible setup for a multi-campaign world you could create 3+ OP campaigns.
OP Campaign Website 1 - Contains all adventures, rules and PC relating to your first campaign, but it would not contain info on the world. That would be linked to OP Campaign Website 2
OP Campaign Website 2 - Contains World info, religion, cities, countries, possibly NPCs, possibly noteable adventure summaries, basically anything that you'd want to be shared with future campaigns.
OP Campaign Website 3 - Contains all adventures, rules and PC relating to your second campaign, but it would not contain info on the world. Where needed to would be linked to OP Campaign Website 2
