What would those 49 nobles reactions be if the girls true heritage was uncovered?

I've got another questiom about the 2nd edition WFRP Dream I had last night. What would those 49 nobles reaction be if the girls true heritage was uncovered? and I've put in a few of my thoughts

As a recap the girl, who at the time the dream took place had recentely turned 19, was born to a prostitute that was A Freed Slave, she spend roughly 68% of the 1st 6 and a half years of her life on the street, then she spend just over 11 years in A Shallyan Orphanage

Their was over 829 orphans adopted, it would never happen in A Actual 2nd edition WFRP Campaign but in A 2nd edition WFRP Dream it could happen and it did happen, during her just over 11 years in the Shallyan Orphanage and on 49 occasions she got on her knees and begged, groveled and pleaded wih A Noble to even consider adopting her but everytime she got turned down in a very cruel way

Everytime it was a sterile male noble who was the last of his family and choose to adopt so that even though his family bloodline would die out the family name wouldn't, again this would never happen in A Actual 2nd edition WFRP Campaign but in A 2nd edition WFRP Dream it could happen and it did happen, and every time the noble laughed in her face

Imagine if her heritage was uncovered and those 49 nobles found they'd laughed in the face of A orphan Girl that turned out to carry the blood lines of Sigmar, Giles Breton(Bretonnia's Founder), The Founder of Kislev and The Founder of Tilea

Oh the horror they would have felt when they realized the fame, fortune, glory, honors, power and rewards they would have reaped if they'd just chosen to adopt her, or likely not, more likely every member of all their families across the entire world would have been killed

After all they did laugh in the face of A orphan Girl that turned out to carry the blood lines of Sigmar, Giles Breton(Bretonnia's Founder), The Founder of Kislev and The Founder of Tilea

As a thought why would The Priestess at that Shallayan Orphanage have allowed the noble to adopt a child after cruelly laughing in the face of A Orphan Girl who was humble enough to get on her knees and beg, grovel and plead for him to even consider adopting her?

My guess is that its yet another thing that would never happen in A Actual 2nd edition WFRP Campaign but in A 2nd edition WFRP Dream it could happen and it did happen,
