A question about Bretonnian Nobles in 2nd edition Warhammer Roleplay

I have A question about Bretonnian Nobles in 2nd edition Warhammer Roleplay

The 2nd edition Warhammer Roleplay supplement makes it clear that in Bretonnia for A Child to count as A Noble both of his or her parents must be Nobles?

But it doesn't say if both of his or her parents must be Bretonnian Nobles or if 1 of them can be A Noble from another country, and if this is possible then in my opinon in most case's were A Bretonnia Nobles has A Parent that's not from Bretonni The Parent that's not from Bretonnia is from The Empire

So what do peoplw think?, must both parents be Bretonnian Nobles? or can 1 or the childs parents be A Noble from nother country?

In my opinion the people that made 2nd edition Warhammer Roleplay decided that they wouldn't give a definite answer as to if both parents must be Bretonnian Nobles or can 1 or the childs parents be A Noble from another country, rather they decided to let The GM's decide for themselves
