Not receiving notifications

One of my players is advising she is not receiving notifications when I post updates on our site, such as XPs and treasure.  Where does she go to make sure she can receive future notifications by email?

This process will make sure that she is set by default to receive your updates:

She will need to go to her Obsidian Portal profile page, which should look like https://www.obsidianportal.com/profile/herusernamehere

From there, she will need to click on the "Edit Your Profile" option, shown here:

 

Then scroll all the way to the bottom of her profiles options, on the left side she should see the following menu:

She will need to select what she wants to see there, then click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
