I 'borrowed' this code form the NYPD. It's a Google Map of all the NYPD precincts, and I'd like to use it on my site. However, the map is not displaying.
Code Follows:
1. Load area precincts by selecting your borough. Click one of the borough links Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island.
2. Enter your home address, city, state, and zip then click the "Go" button.
3. Please be patient while the maps are loading.
4. Your address is marked by a red marker within a blue precinct boundary. If your precinct boundary is not displaying, zoom in and out or click and drag the map to find your local precinct. Precincts are marked by a blue line.
Bronx | Brooklyn | Manhattan | Queens | Staten Island

Now I noticed a few things in the code that Obsidian Portal doesn't allow, such as the 'onClick' attribute inside your anchor (the ) tag. Furthermore, the script tag isn't allowed either, thus you can't use javascript on OP. Because of this the majority of the code you pulled from google won't work.
Unfortunately this leaves you with the difficult job of creating your own map. You can go "here":http://forums.obsidianportal.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=1251&page=1 to check out how to do that. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask. Good luck with your mapping!
