  I am assuming that you mean character sheets? If so then I think what you would want to do would be one of the following:
  
  1) Player submits physical sheet to GM/ST/DM who then puts it in a GM Only section on the Character Page (or in a Player Secret with no Player selected -- produces a GM Only Secret)
  
  2) Player makes a Player Secret on the Character Page (will be visible by them and the GM and whomever they select), GM can then move this to GM only or remove the Player from the Secret
  
  I don't really have anything for you beyond those two options though.

  Yea I was hoping there would be a way for players to upload their sheets for my game using the dynamic sheets and then make it so only an ST can see them, not everyone.

  Ahh, well hopefully someone else will have some insights on that for you - the only Campaign I have going on here is for Dragon Age RPG and there are no dynamic sheets for that so I have 0 experience with them. I would want to say there should be some kind of sneaky way that you could get that setup, but I am unable to tell you just how it would work out.

  Alex pretty much provided the options you have to work with.
  
  The only other thing I can think of is if you are looking for only the ST being able to see the sheet and not even the player you can who created it being able to see it after submitting it to you, the you can have the player creates the character, then emails ST and have the ST check the "this character is still a secret". But then only the ST will see the character not even the player who created it.

  I wonder if using a container would potentially work with this issue -- put a container around the sheet like so:
  
  @[Dynamic Sheet]@
  
  That is the class that they apply to the GM Secrets in the Wiki, they use an id for it on the Character Pages and I have had issues getting a custom id to work on OP so the class would be the better bet I would think. At least worth a shot I suppose, but again I know nadda about the Dynamic Sheets.
