Hello there new to this site and I could not find an answer to my problem in any of the above stickies.

I am currently using this site to build a World setting for my games and I am currently tying to set up a page to be used as a sort of archive of history for the worlds past. I have tired to link many of the pages from the wiki on to it in a sort of list format but only the frist link is working. How do I get them all to go back to the page that I need them to so i can have them all easily accessed by my players in the future?

    Can you send us a link so we can see the issue you are talking about?

    Roughly speaking, the link list code should like sort of like:
    @* "link1":http://1.blah.com
    * "Link2":http://2.blah.com@

    [[The Pantheon of Norsea of Gods and Men | The Pantheon of Norsea of Gods and Men]]
    [[A History of Norsea: The Sundering | A History of Norsea: The Sundering]]

    I was just using the Wiki Link button on the right Hand side of the page. Is this not the best way to do such a thing?

    I have found that having odd characters, like colons, apostrophes, and so on, cause weirdness in linking. Try recreating the page without the semicolon and see if the link works for you then.

    Note, you can have all kinds of odd characters in the visible text (the right half), it's the actual page name that has issues with odd characters - especially characters that networking protocols don't like or mean something specific.

    Hope this helps.

    What Belrathius said. And no, it's perfectly acceptable to use the wiki coding, or textile linking, or html.

    To work around the problem that Belrathius mentions.... try navigating to the page you are wanting to link to, copy the exact url out of your browser address bar, and then use textile linking.
