Music Links never work

I can not get music links to work at all. Neither from youtube or soundcloud I've tried the embed button as well as writing my on code. The object is there in the code but never executes or shows up on the page. the current error im seeing from trying to link a youtube video is 403 forbidden. any ideas why it will never pull any linked files? thanks for the help

    It is a known issue- all video and music embeds do not work.
