Uploadind a profile picture

Good morning,

I´m new to the portal and I was trying to upload a profile picture butI can´t because I receive this message:

          Invalid JSON response from server

What can I do?

    This has been one of the ongoing bugs that seems to affect a small number of people for years. No fix that i know of.
