Map Markers not staying on location

This has happened across two different campaigns so figured I would post now. I add a map location, edit and add some information, then save. No matter where I place the marker, they all pop back to center of the map. It is really frustrating as I try to beef up my map and usage.

Just the latest map I have worked on. I didn't bother keeping the map markers on the other campaign. You can see the marker centered on the map. There are actually TWO markers there stacked atop each other. Help.
