Is there a WYSIWYG Style Editor for inside the Character Pages so that I can format things or am I going to have to go down to using CSS prompts. Everything, including this post had options available ... weird that it isn't in a character page.

If not, check your advanced settings page to see what your Default Editor is set to. I use Textile.
