Password reset
Is there a way to reset a player's password for them? One of my players can't log in or reset their password

That would have to be done by OP Support staff, GMs don't have that ability. The trick there is how do they verify that the player wants their password reset, since the player obviously can't post the request themselves here.
Your player will probably need to email [email protected] to get this resolved.

He clicked on "forgot password" and it said an email was sent to reset his password, but he didn't receive one (it's been over a week).The email address was correct. He logged on with Google and it gave him a new account/username. Weird?
When he clicked on the Google option it essentially makes a new account that bypasses the email login method, hence the new username. Yeah, if I were him I'd reach out to the OP Support staff; maybe they are getting a mailer daemon kickback message or something.
